Maywood Gardens

Jason's mom and I visited this private estate in western CT last weekend. They open their gardens once a year for the Garden Conservancy tours. (I actually applied for a job here a few years ago.) Quite an amazing greenhouse they have.

Raleigh Visit

We made a quick trip down to Raleigh to visit with family and friends. It was especially nice to see B&Q, their home, and their gardens.

Camera, Couches, and Cats

Jason bought me a nifty new camera, so I'm back in action!

Here are some photos of our new couches (old couches in background). The Girl likes to sit on the top of the back pillows (she IS a princess), which is why we have a brown blanket up there.
