Explanation: Back in the 60's and 70's there was a permanent wave kit widely advertised, called the "Toni". The ads always showed twin girls, one with plain hair and one with curls, and the slogan, "Which twin has the Toni?" I had to explain the comment to young Ezra, and decided perhaps it was time to clarify to other youngsters..so there!
