I've been in Switzerland for three days, and so far the landscape is like China and New Zealand meet Gingerbread Wonderland and that episode of Star Trek where Wesley Crusher almost gets the death penalty for stepping in that flower garden on that planet with all the happy half-naked people (you know the one I'm talking about). Everything is super tidy and safe and tasty, and everyone is attractive and trim.
I've been having a great time visiting with my old friend, eating wonderful things, and seeing beautiful sights. (Sometimes it feels like I should be able to pull the hillsides apart and the ground will turn out to be chocolate, and the grass some tasty frosting.)
Today we took a gondola up a mountain called "The Rigi." I saw no riggies, so not I'm sure where they got the name...
And I had some good ice-cream later in the day... (I had to share it)
Wednesday I'll head back to Paris.
