I announced that I would report on the Korean short ribs. Blanche liked them, but I was a little disappointed. It was not the fault of the recipe. Usually, the rendition is as important, or more so, than the prescription. If you will come to visit, i will impose them on you, for you to decide. lol

I have some Korean short ribs marinating overnight. I'll letcha know how they turn out. (I think they're South Korean...)
